This panel presentation brings together a team of subject matter experts in the areas of Project Planning, Architecture, Construction Project Management, and Fundraising. In addition to providing a general Capital Project overview, they will also answer questions from the audience.

Capital projects can be intimidating. How do you get ready? How do you make sure everything runs on schedule and on budget? How do you get donors to be as excited about your project as you are?  This panel will help you sort out answers to those questions and more. From pre-project planning to working with your architect and project manager to fundraising, you'll get answers from people with on-the-ground experience in all aspects of capital projects.

This training will be held at the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center in room 201. Parking will be available in Lot E.
